4. Email your completed worksheet to info@perennialmedicine.com
5. Wait to receive acknowledgement that your worksheet has been accepted.
6. Return to this page and click the link to complete the final exam for your course.
7. Upon passing the exam with (no more than three incorrect answers) you will be able to immediately download your PDA certificate.
