An extended mentorship in practical MWF skills

This class is for people who have experienced MWF and know that they want to go deeper. It is for committed students who want direct mentorship within a peer group of twelve other students who will meet a minimum of 3 times over the course of one year. Phone session availability will also be prioritized for these students.

We will review and anchor familiar practices at the beginning of each weekend, and then segue into new material including touch skills, teaching/group skills, layers of the heart, voices, and facing hostility with peace and integrity.

As always, class content will be maximally flexible to meet the needs and interests of those who choose to participate. PDAs/CEUs available for acupuncturists.

Limited to 12 participants 21 CEUs for each weekend – Accredited by NCCAOM

Participants must commit to all three sessions. Minimum of $200 deposit is required to register. $200 deposit is applied to the fee for the final workshop.

What was most important? The authentic space – the tone – the safe space to do the exercises and feel it in your own body what we were talking about – the articulation of the somatics – the feedback and validation. I’d highly recommend this class if you want to learn more about how to understand yourself and others with a level of emotional subtlety that is deeply satisfying if you yearn for more richness in your life. Richer communication and beingness in your body and the world. A generous dose of new ways to be in your body/being and thus being in the world.

When I first started studying with Thea I decided she probably had magical powers, and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to do what she does. The thing about these magical powers that I’ve come to realize is that they are actually teachable skills rooted in Chinese medicine, Sufi teaching, and practical experience. I really loved seeing Thea embodying the elements, and going back and forth between them, so I felt like I really felt all the elements, and felt how each of them shows up in my life, and how to be healthier in each element in various aspects of my life. Seeing the embodiment of the healthy expression of the element and an unhealthy expression of the element helped me see how I can move from unhealthy to healthy expressions myself. This workshop will help you understand yourself and others, and bring out the best in yourself and others.
