When I first started studying with Thea I decided she probably had magical powers, and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to do what she does. The thing about these magical powers that I’ve come to realize is that they are actually teachable skills rooted in Chinese medicine, Sufi teaching, and practical experience. What was most important? The authentic space – the tone – the safe space to do the exercises and feel it in your own body what we were talking about – the articulation of the somatics – the feedback and validation. I’d highly recommend this class if you want to learn more about how to understand yourself and others with a level of emotional subtlety that is deeply satisfying if you yearn for more richness in your life. Richer communication and beingness in your body and the world. A generous dose of new ways to be in your body/being and thus being in the world.
