One of the richest resources of the 5 element acupuncture tradition is the use of Treatment Block protocols such as Aggressive Energy, Husband/Wife Imbalance, Exit/Entry blocks, Possession, and many more. Learning how to recognize the presence of these treatment blocks in your clients, and knowing how to clear them effectively, can frequently produce dramatic results in otherwise difficult cases.

For TCM practitioners this seminar offers an overview of 5 element treatment methodology, and an in-depth exploration of the various treatment block protocols. This seminar is a treasure trove of practical insights which can be applied immediately.

For 5 element practitioners who may have already been doing these protocols for years, this seminar is an opportunity for exploration of the deeper energetic significance of the various treatment block protocols. This allows us to support clients in the underlying issues that may be giving rise to these blocks. It also allows us to diagnose blocks even when the presentation is atypical, and to know when and how to vary the protocol to fit the client’s situation more accurately (and more effectively).

What was most important? The authentic space – the tone – the safe space to do the exercises and feel it in your own body what we were talking about – the articulation of the somatics – the feedback and validation. I’d highly recommend this class if you want to learn more about how to understand yourself and others with a level of emotional subtlety that is deeply satisfying if you yearn for more richness in your life. Richer communication and beingness in your body and the world. A generous dose of new ways to be in your body/being and thus being in the world.

I really loved seeing Thea embodying the elements, and going back and forth between them, so I felt like I really felt all the elements, and felt how each of them shows up in my life, and how to be healthier in each element in various aspects of my life. Seeing the embodiment of the healthy expression of the element and an unhealthy expression of the element helped me see how I can move from unhealthy to healthy expressions myself.
