Thea Elijah will join you in your practice for two to four days, to see your clients with you and give you diagnostic, treatment, and practitioner development feedback, and coaching tailored to you and your practice.
Even just a half day mentorship can be incredibly powerful! If there are a few practitioners in your area doing half days with Thea, or if she is in town teaching a class, it’s often quite easy to see a couple of clients together. Sometimes practitioners team up and do half days together (One is practitioner in the morning while the other assists, then switch).
There are two different aspects to mentorship, and I like to ask the practitioner to let me know where is their preferred emphasis on a client by client basis:
1) There are mentorships where the focus is a client who is difficult or needs a breakthrough. Bringing fresh insight and synergy to the client’s healing process is the focus.
2) There are mentorships where the focus is the practitioner wishing to maximize their own mojo. One of my greatest pleasures in life is to be a talent-spotter in the treatment room, and help practitioners step into their own gifts more deeply and more uniquely.
Of course it’s always some of both!
Price is $500 per half day, and most practitioners pass on either all or part of that fee to their clients.
