Heart 6-7-8: Sovereign in Life CEU

Through the recognition of pattern and rhythm, the Heart creates order out of chaos. Pattern and rhythm are nothing more than connections recognized by the Heart, in space and in time. When a pattern is unfamiliar, it may seem random and chaotic simply because our Heart is not yet able to “connect the dots.” When a rhythm is complex, if our own Heart’s rhythm is unable to entrain, we can get lost in what seems like no rhythm at all. When the Heart is unable to establish order through pattern and rhythm, everything we hear, see, feel, and otherwise experience inside of us or outside of us feels like chaos.
