I really loved seeing Thea embodying the elements, and going back and forth between them, so I felt like I really felt all the elements, and felt how each of them shows up in my life, and how to be healthier in each element in various aspects of my life. Seeing the embodiment of the healthy expression of the element and an unhealthy expression of the element helped me see how I can move from unhealthy to healthy expressions myself. This workshop will help you understand yourself and others, and bring out the best in yourself and others.

When I first started studying with Thea I decided she probably had magical powers, and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to do what she does. The thing about these magical powers that I’ve come to realize is that they are actually teachable skills rooted in Chinese medicine, Sufi teaching, and practical experience. I have studied with Thea for almost 8 years now (holy moly) and the practice that she embodies and transmits has transformed every aspect of my life. What was most important? The authentic space – the tone – the safe space to do the exercises and feel it in your own body what we were talking about – the articulation of the somatics – the feedback and validation. I’d highly recommend this class if you want to learn more about how to understand yourself and others with a level of emotional subtlety that is deeply satisfying if you yearn for more richness in your life. Richer communication and beingness in your body and the world. A generous dose of new ways to be in your body/being and thus being in the world.
