The Roots and Branches of Perennial Medicine
At first glance, our world today appears to be beset by problems that humanity has never faced before, and equally full of dazzling miracles that are almost as difficult for our cultures to integrate. In such radically changing times, we need deep roots. We need to become familiar with the wisdom traditions that teach us how to remain healthy and undistracted, rooted in our natural rhythm and purpose. Only then can we serve life through its many changes. To that end, Thea offers classes, consults, and CEUs in each of these subjects.
Whole Heart Connection is a set of body-based awareness practices designed to help us to shift our own internal states, such that we are better able to access our own groundedness, centeredness, integrity and clarity.
Chinese medicine is a comprehensive system for healing in all aspects of human experience from the most spiritually noble to the physically practical. It is also tremendously enjoyable when learned experientially.
Sufi practical life skills draw upon the heart-centered teachings of Sufi mysticism. These practices connect us with vast resources of personal resilience and transpersonal awareness, allowing us to meet our daily life challenges with heart, humor and deeply loving directness.
