Living the Elements: The Transition from Wood to Fire

Music, art, and culture can provide inspiring, clinically relevant examples of Elemental dynamics that we see often in the treatment room (or in ourselves). Can you think of any poems, paintings, or songs that exemplify the transition from Wood to Fire? Or that remind you of specific acupuncture points and herbal formulas that address Wood/Fire dynamics?

Join us for a presentation of seasonal Wood-to-Fire healing explored through music, arts, and culture. We can look at these examples as case studies, and as medicine. Many examples will be provided—but please bring a few of your own to share!

A New Online Experience

This teleconference will be like no other that you have taken. We will use a variety of gentle yet effective online health and hygiene measures to create a Group Heart that will be nourishing, palpably connected, and rich with transmission.

What people are saying about working with Thea online: “The main thing I was most struck by after a 3-4 hour practice with Thea was how energized and full I felt; I was ready to keep going when it ended.  It was the exact opposite of how I’ve felt after many 1-hour Zoom calls at work.”

– David S.

“I have never met a more gifted teacher. Thea embodies the herbs and formulas in such a beautiful and heartfelt way, that what would otherwise be mere information becomes a living immediate experience for the student. Don’t blink or you’ll miss something intensely wonderful and unique.”

– Ki Ennes, M.Ac., L.Ac.
