Many students have asked for a support with integrating the Whole Heart Connection practices into their lives after an intro weekend. That’s a great idea — and here is a response!
Every Friday for 30 weeks, you will receive an email briefly describing and reminding you of a basic WHC practice for you to explore that week. In 30 weeks, you’ll have a chance to explore all of the basic practices — and you’ll have a set of emails to refer back to in the future, which you can re-send to yourself as many times as you like!
Available in English with French translation.
These emails will begin the Friday after you sign up and run for 30 weeks.
