Deepening the Practices is a year-long ongoing series of classes that meets on the 3rd Sunday of each month, from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. eastern time. Each class focuses on a chapter of the Whole Heart Connection workbook. There are 12 chapters of the workbook, and 12 months of the year—so we are all set. The series culminates in a final workshop, making 13 total monthly meetings. In between sessions, there will be simple and non-time consuming homework practices that you can do right in the midst of your life as you are already living it.
In addition to the monthly workshops, your tuition includes:
• An Interview of Intention to help you determine if the program is a good fit for you.
• 6 bi-monthly small-group calls with Thea that alternate with 6 bi-monthly one-on-one calls with Thea.
• A copy of the Whole Heart Connection Workbook (if you do not already own one).
Who Is It For?
The ideal participant is a committed student who wants to dive more deeply into what it means to live WHC in their day-to-day life. In order to register, a student must have attended at least one Whole Heart Connection Intro workshop.
Interview of Intention
1. Please list the courses (and general time and place) that you have taken with Thea thus far.
2. Do you have a regular foundational contemplative/spiritual practice? Please briefly describe.
3. Please give examples of how you are currently practicing WHC skills in your life. eg: family, profession, community action etc.
4. Which skills are you most comfortable with? Which skills need more fine tuning?
5. What issues – internal and external – do you bump up against in your WHC practice?
6. What are your personal goals and challenges in joining the WHC mentorship group?
7. How do you envision your personal expression of WHC evolving over time?
e.g. stealth healing, individual coaching, group teaching, different professions and walks of life
Tuition
Class tuition is $3,000.
A deposit is required to secure your registration. After you make your deposit payment, you will be contacted to arrange your Interview of Intention, after which you may choose to make your lump-sum payment or join the payment plan. $180 of the $500 deposit is applied toward the Interview of Intention and is not refundable if the student chooses not to proceed with the program at this time.
After registration, we will reach out to confirm how you would like to pay the remaining tuition balance.
• You may pay in 10 monthly installments of $250 beginning September 1, 2023.
• Or, you may pay in a single lump-sum payment. There is a $300 discount for a lump-sum payment made by September 5, 2023, making the payment $2, 200.
Schedule
The group will meet from 1:30 to 4:30 pm eastern time on one Sunday afternoon each month. Group pod calls and individual calls will be scheduled at a later time.

Add’l Information
Thea takes online health and hygiene seriously, and so we ask that you review the Group Heart materials prior to the workshop.
Please note, it is not recommended that participants divide their focus by taking extensive notes. In order to allow participants to relax into the discussion, we will make an audio recording which will be shared only with participants. The purpose of the recording will be to remind participants of what they learned. The recording will not be available for those who were not present in the class.
Refund Policy
In the event of a workshop cancellation, all tuition will be refunded.
Otherwise, any refund is at the sole discretion of Perennial Medicine.
