Whole Heart Connection is a set of body-based awareness practices designed to help us to shift our own internal states, such that we are able to connect with the best in ourselves, with the best in others, and with the source of creative insight.

It’s natural to lose heart. It can happen frequently: it’s not a big deal. After all, it’s not irreversible.
What is a big deal is recognizing loss of heart, and taking heart again before making any major decisions—or even believing that our own thoughts and feelings are “true.”
Come and join us for easy group practices that open the joy and strength of taking heart—because even if you have not lost heart, you can’t have too much of that simple, grounded joy.
Tuition for this workshop is by donation. The recommended donation is $40, but this amount can be adjusted prior to adding the workshop to your cart.
