Powerful experiential practices really helped me more deeply recognize/feel the less obvious/less used parts of myself. It was tremendous help in deepening my ability to connect with and effectively support others with different element styles than myself. This work strengthens one’s ability to work with and bring out the best in a wide variety of others.
