3 Whole Heart Connection Skills for Relationships

This is What You Will Learn at a Whole Heart Connection Gathering

It’s All About Connection

What does it take, not to lose heart in troubled times?

What does it mean to take heart, reliably, over and over again,
…so that we can access joy irrespective of circumstances ?
…so that our generosity is sustainable?
…so that we are able to heal in everyday life?

Whole Heart Connection is a body-based practice that draws on the wisdom of both Sufism and Chinese medicine, to help us access our deepest physical, spiriutal and emotional resources.

A Whole Heart Connection Intro means:

● Do-able practices that help us access the healthiest part of ourselves, so that we are truly living rather than just coping.

● Skills that allow us to contact the healthiest parts of others, so that our conversations and relationships are honest, simple, and generative.

● Embodied knowledge of how to shift out of pain, discouragement, and trauma into profound yet safe healing states, so that we can keep coming back to life from the deepest love and wisdom inside of us.

Come for the first time, to find out what it’s all about. Or come back and take it deeper.

In the first WHC class I took (based on the vague but adamant advice of my trusted acupuncturist), I really resonated when you talked about the flow state of feeling alive, like you are moving in synchronicity with life. I think we’ve all had those moments—but they can feel random or fleeting. I was excited to learn that there are tools I could use to access that state on purpose, to resource myself and recover from the struggles of life.
