Wood Resources

Spring is a time of amazingly rapid growth, continuously beset by unexpected setbacks. It is a time of renewal and resurrection; of vigorous outward and forward movement; and of new plans being put into action—or meeting with opposition. It is the time of release from Winter’s constraints into new-found freedom; it is impetus for the abolition of all stagnation in our lives.

The gift of Wood is the ability to make a comeback from anything. It is the Springtime’s astounding capacity to move forward with new growth towards the returning light. Wood is our aliveness, our capacity for hope, our creativity and adaptability, especially in response to challenge. Activism, heroism and constructiveness are the hallmarks of a healthy Wood element.

Live classes with Thea Elijah are an opportunity to explore, experience, interact, and engage. Our learning style is what the Chinese call Gan Dong, “the transmission of knowledge that takes place only when the heart is moved.” Check back during spring and find the Wood classes listed here.

At Perennial Medicine, we are creating self-guided, online CEU experiences that are enjoyable and genuinely rich in content. Courses include articles, audio, and video selections that have been crafted to engage your heart, your mind, and your clinical healership. All courses are approved by NCCAOM and are also accepted by the Florida board.
