I think that everyday life has become not just more difficult, but in many cases more paradoxical and internally contradictory, than ever before in my lifetime as a healer. Online Health and Hygiene How many people have had the experience of spending too much time online, but not realizing it until later, when you stop? How many of us are having the experience, these days, of knowing full well that it’s time to get off the computer, but we can’t—it’s part of our job? I’d like to discuss this because our relationship with computer (and phone) usage is very important to everyone’s health during this time of accelerated online engagement.
